Awareness: CREW events bring attention to difficult topics like negotiation, unconscious bias, developing leadership skills, standing up for oneself, and more.

Community: Shared experiences help foster connections amongst women and are crucial in helping one another grow.

Responsibility: All genders play an equal part in empowering women. Our community openly invites all gender expressions to raise awareness of these topics.

Mentorship: Mentorship is an influential, crucial factor in everyone's growth. CREW runs a mentorship program to help connect mentors and mentees for personal and professional development.
