Mentorship Program Process:
All interested participants must complete the signup form during the enrollment period.
Participants are matched based on the interests, goals, and experiences mentioned in their application. If we cannot pair a mentor and mentee, we will automatically add any participants to a program waiting list until we can find a match.
Once finalized, everyone is invited to a CREW meeting to discuss what is expected, including timelines, phases, and materials.
The CREW mentorship team will connect with mentors and mentees throughout the program to provide guidelines and additional support as needed.
The mentorship program operates for six months in four phases: Discovery, Framing, Analysis, and Closure.
We recommend that mentors and mentees connect for at least 30 minutes per month for the duration of the program.

The mentorship toolkit include a Goals Tracker, Mentor Idea List, and Toolkit.
All conversations between mentors and mentees are confidential. More detailed information is provided once participants are part of the program.
